The digital photo
You get the finished image at the exact size and resolution your document requires, plus the print sheets (4×6 in, 10×15 cm and A4) laid out with several copies, and the right to download all of it again for 30 days.
Everything is checked automatically: face position, head height, eye line, sharpness, lighting, expression, eyes open, background. If something fails, you are told before you pay, not after.
Choose this if your photo is for an online application, or if you are comfortable judging the result yourself.
The expert review
The same files, plus a reviewer who opens your photo, compares it against the document's own rule list, and either approves it or sends it back with a reason. If they send it back, you upload a new photo and they look again, at no extra cost. If nothing can be made to pass, we refund you in full.
The time this takes is shown at checkout before you pay, and we email you the moment the verdict is in.
Choose this if the photo goes to an office that will reject it in person — a passport, a visa, a residence permit — where a second trip costs far more than the review does.
What both include
Both include the automatic checks, the background replacement, the correct crop, the print sheets, and re-downloads for 30 days. Neither includes a promise that an office will accept the photo: no service can promise that, and any that does is guessing. What we can promise is that the file matches the published specification, and that a person checked it if you paid for one to.
