A failed payment does not lose your work. The order, the photo and every check stay where they were; only the purchase did not complete. Open the order page again and press the buy button a second time.
The card was refused
Banks refuse online payments for reasons they rarely explain to the shop, and we see the refusal without the reason. The usual causes are a card not enabled for international or online payments, a spending limit, or a one-time code that expired while the page waited.
What to try, in order:
- Repeat the payment and approve the bank's confirmation promptly when it appears.
- Use a different card, or one of the wallet options offered at checkout.
- Ask your bank whether it blocked the charge — they can usually see it immediately.
The payment page never opened, or closed by itself
Payments run through Paddle, our reseller on the web, in a window layered over our page. An aggressive ad blocker, a strict privacy extension or a corporate network can stop that window from loading. Try the same order in a private window, or on your phone using mobile data.
You were charged but the photo is still locked
Give it a minute: the confirmation travels from the payment provider to us, and it is normally instant but not always. The order page updates itself while you watch.
If it is still locked after a few minutes, write to us from the contact page with the order number and the email you paid with. We can see the payment from our side and unlock the order by hand — you do not need to pay again, and you should not.
Charged twice
It happens when a first attempt is authorised late and a second one goes through. Send us the order number: we refund the duplicate in full, and the refund is handled by Paddle, so it goes back to the same card. See the refund policy for the full rules.
