Your photo is yours. You can remove it whenever you like, and if you do nothing it is removed for you anyway.
Delete it now
Open the order page and use Delete my data. It removes the photo you uploaded, the processed result, the print sheets and the preview from our servers straight away. The order itself stays as a line in our records — a date, an amount and a document type, with no image — because accounting rules require a record of a sale.
Once it is gone we cannot restore it. Download whatever you still need first.
If you do nothing
Paid orders and their files are deleted automatically 30 days after payment. Orders that were never paid for are deleted after 24 hours. Both happen without you asking, and both are permanent.
Studios and API customers have their own retention settings, which are described in their plan.
What we never do
We do not sell your photo, share it with advertisers, or use it to train any model. It is processed to make your photo and then deleted. The full list of who touches your data — the hosting provider, the payment reseller, the mail provider — is in the privacy policy, along with where it is stored.
Your other rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or object to how we use it. Write to us from the contact page from the address you used for the order, and we answer within one working day.
If you have an account, the account page has a Delete my account button that removes the account, its orders and every remaining file in one step. That one cannot be undone either, so it asks you to confirm by typing.
