What it will do
Every studio will get a short link of its own. You send it to a customer — by message, or as a QR code stuck to the counter — and it opens a page carrying your name and colours, not ours.
On that page the customer enters their name and phone number, then takes or uploads a photo, gets the same live guidance our tool gives, and sends it. The photo lands in your orders list, ready for you to check and finish.
Why it is useful
The photo arrives before the customer does. A traveller who needs a visa photo sends it in the evening, you process it overnight, and they collect a printed sheet on their way to the airport. For a small shop this turns a ten-minute counter job into a thirty-second handover.
It also removes the part that goes wrong most often: a customer sending a photo over a messaging app, which compresses it until it is unusable.
What it will not do
There is no payment on the intake page and no download for the customer: they send a photo, you decide what happens next. That keeps the studio in charge of its own pricing and its own relationship with the customer.
When
It is planned for the release after the current one. If you would like to be told the day it is available, write to us from the contact page with Studios and API as the subject — we keep a short list and we use it for exactly this, nothing else.
