How to take an Egypt passport photo with your phone

The framing is the ICAO one used by every modern passport: the head fills roughly 70–80% of the picture height from the chin to the crown, shoulders square to the lens, eyes on the camera. Stand about 1.5 metres from a white wall, have someone hold the phone at your eye level with the rear camera, and use daylight from a window in front of you instead of a lamp behind the photographer.
