After payment the order page turns into your download page. It holds the single digital photo and the print sheets, and you can come back to it as often as you like.
Getting back to the order page
Three ways, in order of convenience:
- The same browser. The site remembers your recent orders on this device and offers them at the top of the page.
- The email. We send a link to the address you gave at checkout. Search your inbox for the order number.
- Ask us. If both are gone, write to us from the contact page with the email you paid with.
The link in the email is the order itself, so treat it like a receipt: anyone who has it can see the photo.
What you get
The digital file is a JPEG at the exact pixel size the document requires — that is the file an online application form wants. The print sheets are separate downloads, one per paper size, and there is a short guide to printing them.
If the office asks for a different file format or a maximum file size, the specification page for your document lists what we produce; write to us if what they ask for is not there.
For how long
Paid orders stay downloadable for 30 days from the day you paid. After that they are deleted from our servers completely, together with the original photo you uploaded — this is a deletion, not an archive, and we cannot bring an order back afterwards.
An order that was never paid for is deleted after 24 hours.
